Here goes......well to start off I'm practically new in deviant art and just started to learn and draw anime almost 1-2weeks ago. Why start drawing now you say? well when I was a kid I wasn't into drawing stuff; I just got inspired to draw anime by watching lots of anime *^_^* + deviant art. I wasn't gonna post my drawing bec. for one im a total newb at this, but my friend ask me to post mine in deviantArt to see how I progress( so he can look like a pro he says)...so thats it for the intro!!

materials used: eraser, 4H pencil(for sketching), mechanical pencil(outline), pilot G-tec-c4 for( darkening the outline)

time : dunno but I took a long time to finish a simple artwork as this ^_^ probably 6 hrs lol *blush*
Hours learning how to draw: probably 1 day ( total hours)

Now for my work...well its simple friends taking a picture.. I want to put a bg so badly but I have not learned how to draw that yet nor putting shades on the picture. The picture was cut off on the left side where a girl supposedly is waving, but my scanner was small that it can't scan all of it so I gave up her hand hehehee. I'll try to update it as soon as I learn how to draw bg and shades .

Comments and suggestion are appreciated like good books( study/reference guide), materials to use or ways how I can improve my drawings better.
